I do believe that this is a genuine Leica promotional messenger bag, but I'm talking about Malaise Era Leica, not Fancy Leica. It's unpadded canvas, with leather fittings, and the interior lining is vinyl; there are a couple of floppy internal dividers of similar construction. It's in good condition overall, with minor surface staining (mostly on the back.) Looks reasonably classy from a distance! Don't expect miracles, though.
